Workshop: Automated Mobility. What Role for Standards?

21.11.2018
Brussels, Belgium

Standardization is an important part of connected and automated mobility. Vehicles require new ways of interacting with each other as well as with the infrastructure. Related to automated mobility, standardization plays a crucial role in areas such as data, safety and infrastructure.

This is the reason why CEN (European Committee for Standardization) and CENELEC (European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization) organise on 21 November 2018 a one-day stakeholder workshop to discuss and identify specific standardization gaps. Participants will identify areas and ways in which standards can contribute to safety and security of automated mobility.
